This page explains your right to cancel, how to send pieces back, how refunds work, what happens if something is faulty, and how to cancel an order before it ships. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If an order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one. You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days are over:

• online, using Withdraw from contract here — you receive a confirmation by email straight away;
• by email to support@elquvani.com; or
• by post to EMMANUEL DADA TRADING LIMITED, 25 Clare Street, Manselton, Swansea, SA5 9PG, United Kingdom, for example with the model form below.

Sending pieces back

• Send the pieces back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We email you the return address when you contact us — please do not post parcels to the registered office.
• You pay the cost of sending goods back, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece. We recommend a tracked service, as small parcels can go missing.
• Earrings and hygiene: earrings arrive in a sealed card sleeve inside their gift box. For health and hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned under your right to cancel if that seal is unbroken. Please check the product name and size on the sleeve before opening it. This does not apply to faulty earrings.
• You may handle other pieces as you would in a shop: try a ring on, hold a necklace up to the mirror. If a piece has been used beyond that (for example, it is scratched, bent, marked or worn in water), we may reduce your refund by the loss in value. Please return pieces with their gift box and meaning cards.
• Build-a-Spoon necklaces are linked from charms we keep in stock, without engraving or made-to-order work, so they can be returned under your right to cancel like any other piece.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. If you cancel only part of an order, the delivery cost is not refunded. Refunds go to the original payment method in the currency you paid; we do not charge a fee for refunds.

Wrong size or length

Each piece is shown with its size in millimetres, and necklaces and rings list their chain length or ring size. If you would like a different length or size, you can cancel within the 14-day period above and order the one you want; earrings with an unbroken seal and unused pieces can be returned. Faulty or wrong items

Your pieces must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is faulty or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, a refund or a price reduction. Customers in the EU also have at least the two-year legal guarantee that applies in their country. We pay the cost of returning faulty or wrong items.

Gold plating is a surface layer: with everyday wear it softens over time, faster with water, perfume or creams. Pocket lovespoons are natural wood, so the grain and colour differ from spoon to spoon and from the photographs. Variations like these are not a fault as long as the piece matches its description and you have followed the care instructions.

Cancelling an order before dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us or use Withdraw from contract here; we cancel it and refund the full amount, including delivery.
